Rental Cancellation Policy

At Bramblewood Estate, we understand that sometimes, things don't go according to plan when it comes to travel. That's why we offer a flexible vacation rental cancellation policy. If guests need to cancel their reservation, they can do so up to 45 days prior to their scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund. If guests need to cancel between 30 and 44 days prior to their arrival, they will be refunded 50% of their reservation fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any portion of the reservation fee if guests need to cancel less than 30 days prior to their arrival. Guests may cancel their reservation within 24 hours of their booking confirmation and receive a full refund of any fees paid. We want our guests to feel comfortable and confident in booking with us, while also being mindful of the time, effort, and resources it takes to manage a private estate.
